General Qualifications:
Fluent in English (speaking and writing): TOEIC Score 750 above, TOEFL
Score 500 above would be an advantage.
University graduate (Bachelor or Master) with GPA minimum 3.00 above
(scale 4.00).
Reputable Universities in Indonesia or overseas Universities would be an
advantage.
Possess good interpersonal and excellent analytical skills
Able to work in a dynamic and high pressure environment
Highly motivated, mature, hardworking, responsible, willing to learn,
excellent team player and able to work with minimum supervision.
For positions of 1 & 2, having experience in handling local corporate
clients in various industries, i.e. energy, commodities, natural
resources, telecommunication, general manufacturing,
transportation/infrastructure.
For positions of 4 & 5, major in Economy / Accounting/ Management/
Finance/ Marketing/ Business Administration.
Japanese Speaker is preferable.
For positions of 6 & 7& 8, major in Computer Science or Information
Technology
1. SENIOR RELATIONSHIP MANAGER (SRM)
Minimum 5 years experience as Relationship Manager in foreign or join
venture banks
Have extensive multiple product knowledge and cross-selling skill
In-depth understanding of treasury products, trade finance products
(including non recourse trade finance related products) and structured
trade financing would be an advantage.
2. SENIOR CREDIT ANALYST (SCA)
Minimum 5 years experience as credit analyst or credit reviewer in
foreign or join venture banks
Familiar with financial modeling and preparing scenarios of financial
projection
Have experience in Structured Commodity/Trade Financing/Warehouse
Financing is an advantage
3. SENIOR CREDIT ADMIN OFFICER (CAdm)
Minimum 5 years experience as credit administration both in
documentation and monitoring activities in foreign or join venture banks
Have experience in handling syndicated loan transactions
Good understanding at legal clauses and terminology
Have experience in handling and monitoring cash water fall mechanism
and non-standard/variation of drawdown condition would be an advantage
4. CREDIT ANALYST (CA)
Fresh Graduate with age is maximum 25 years
Responsible in preparing Borrower Rating, Credit Application, other
credit reports, analyzing and monitoring financial performance and industry.
Good analytical and good writing report skill
5. CREDIT REVIEWER (CR)
Minimum 2 years experience as credit analyst or credit reviewer in
foreign or join venture bank
Have good corporate financial analysis skill and industrial analysis skill
6. SENIOR PROGRAMMER FOR AS400 (AS)
Age is maximum 30 years and possess knowledge in IT Project Management
Experience as Analyst Programmer in the banking application system at
least 4 years, preferably using IBM AS400 or IBM iSeries
7. IT SOFTWARE PROGRAMMER (PR)
Strong knowledge in programming language (C#, Java)
Experience in database programming (SQL)
8. IT STAFF (IT)
Fresh graduates and familiar with any programming languages
9. SYSTEM SUPPORT STAFF (SPD)
Strong knowledge in programming language (i.e. C#, Java).
Experience in System Analysis and/or system specification making.
Experience as IT staff in Bank.
