Requirements needed:
· It is opened for fresh graduate from whole faculties and educational background(can be from any majority)
- Minimal GPA 2.75 (science), and minimal 3.00 (non science)
- Energetic, highly motivated and process a strong drive to succeed in a challenging sales objectives
- Excellent communication skill with costumer focus orientation
- Fluent in English
- Having driving license (SIM C)
- Willing to be relocated nation wide
Program outline :
1. participate in extensive in house fully accomodated training program
2. After having passed training evaluation, participants will be proceeded to permanent employment as a Medical Representative (MR) and might be assigned in nationwide (term and condition applied)
Benefits :
1. During one month training program, participants are eligible to get slipends allowance, transportation from home to training venue and insurance
2. After pass the training program, participants will get salary, allowances and incentives which potentially can be around IDR 5 - 10 million
