Sanctions Procedures

  • During the inspection process in a special session, the student suspected of academic violations moderate and / or severe given the right to defend themselves with legal counsel.
  • Based on the results of the special session, the university leaders can decide for sanctions against the students concerned with due regard to the weight or type of academic violations and sanctions that can be imposed.
  • The imposition of severe academic sanctions in the form of the dismissal of his status as a student Undip permanently referred to in Article 29 paragraph (1) letter c above, especially the students who do the heavy academic violations.

  • In the case of students who are suspected of criminal conduct as defined in Article 28 paragraph (3) letter e undergo a period of detention and or has received the decision of the District Court verdict stating the student guilty; The Executive Board may impose a sanction of suspension of 2 (two) semesters and is calculated as the period of study.
