Just recently, in order to increase the work spirit and dedication of the education staff, the Undip Vocational School conducted refreshment activities to make the education staff momentarily forget about work routines, namely a Motivation and Performance Enhancement Activity for Vocational School Education Personnel in Magelang.
The Dean of the Undip Vocational School Prof. Budiyono said that the purpose of this outbound activity was to shape a person who has a universal soul, which meanta person who has a spirit of discipline, hard-working, and honest, “he said.
“By having this universal soul, it is expected that the educational staff can adapt quickly and provide the best work performance wherever they were assigned.
Prof. Budiyono added that in a cheerful, relaxed and family atmosphere, the outbound activity is able to encourage the participants to be become while being able to bring new enthusiasm to realize the institutional goals
