The Undip Community Service Team II KKN have created white pumpkins as candied. This is the result of food diversification which is expected to be able to add to the economic value of white pumpkins. This candied white pumpkin was exhibited at the Undip Community Service Team II Expo with the theme “Bringing Innovation to Grobogan Mand in Grobogan Regency Tuesday (8/13) at the Klambu District Office.

In addition to candied white pumpkin Some excellent innovations that the students have made includes plastic bottles, training in the use of making pumpkin pudding, making mung bean milk and red onion paste.

Undip Director of Student Affairs Handoyo Djoko Walujo said that a community service program is a form of student service to the community, so it is expected to provide more value to the local community.

“Community service program is the application of theory obtained on campus and it is expected to be able to complement the experience of the students. The Community service program conducted by Undip spread throughout Central Java, one of which was in the Grobogan.” He said.
