Diponegoro University held a workshop with the theme “Exit Survey Data Analysis and Tracer Study of 2019 Undip Alumni” at the Grasia Hotel Semarang, on Wednesday (9/10). The workshop were attended by the Rector of Undip Prof. Yos Johan Utama, Director of Business and Alumni Relations Drs. Mujid F Amin, M.Pd along with the ranks, and 191 other participants from Undip academics.
The Undip Rector, Prof. Yos Johan, during his remarks advised the participants to stay on the path of being grateful to Allah SWT.
“Management of HR data, student data and alumni data must be appropriate and on target because it relates to the harmony and welfare of the students as well as the HR” said the Rector.
Undip’s Director of Business and Alumni Relations Drs. Mujid F Amin, M.Pd, in his presentation stated that the number of Undip alumni so far has reached 212,522 alumni and 130,000 of those has been inputted to alumni data. Mujid also hopes that the workshop can be useful for the study programs and universities on the results of exit survey data and contributions received by alumni, and also the easefulness of finding alumni data.
