In the event of celebrating Lustrum V, the Faculty of Psychology at Diponegoro University will hold a Parallel Workshop and National Seminar. In the Parallel Workshop which will be held on Friday, August 28, 2020 at 08.00 – 11.45 West Indonesia Time, five psychologists will be presented. The first speaker is Prof. Dr. Sawitri Supardi Sadarjoen, Psi. Klin, Professor of Clinical Psychology, Faculty of Psychology, Padjadjaran University; which will discuss the “Marriage Counselor Skills”. The second guest speaker is Prof. Kwartarini Wahyu Yuniarti, M.Med.SC., Ph.D, Professor of Cross-Cultural Health and Clinical Psychology, Professor at the Faculty of Psychology, Gadjah Mada University; who will talk about “Building Families in Era 5.0 with Transpersonal Psychology”. Then the third speaker is Dr. H. Ahmad Gimmy Prathama, M.Sc., Psychologist, Head of the Master of Psychology Profession Study Program at Padjadjaran University; which will discuss “Positive CBT and Its Implementation for Individual and Family Clients”. The theme of the next discussion is “Application R for Psychological Research”, which will be discussed by Sukaesi Marianti, S.Psi., M.Sc., Ph.D, Psychometry Expert, Lecturer in Psychology, Universitas Brawijaya. Followed by the next resource person, Yohanis F La Kahija, S.Psi., M.Sc, Lecturer in the Faculty of Psychology at Diponegoro University, Author of the Book “Phenomenological Research: The Path to Understanding Life Experience”, which will discuss about “Qualitative Research Methodology Using Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis” . The workshop will be aired through Microsoft Teams.

On the next day, Saturday, August 29, 2020 at 08.00 – 12.00 West Indonesia Time, a National Seminar will be held which will be aired via Microsoft Teams. The theme of the seminar is “Revitalizing the Role of Psychology in Families, Organizations and Communities: Challenges in Welcoming Society 5.0”. The keynote speaker in this seminar is Prof. Alimatul Qibtiyah, S.Ag., M.Sc., MA., Ph.D., who will talk about “The Role of Women and Families in Society 5.0”. Followed by the first speaker, Prof. Dr. Euis Sunarti, M.Sc., who will discuss “Revitalizing the Role of Psychology in Family & Community Scope: Challenges in Welcoming Society 5.0”. The second speaker, Diana Setiyawati, M.HSc. Psy., Ph.D will talk about “Revitalizing the Role of Psychology from the Mental Health Perspective: Challenges in Welcoming Society 5.0”.

The Call for Paper presentation for researchers will be held on Saturday, August 29, 2020 at 13:00 – 16:00 WIB via Microsoft Teams, with the theme “Revitalizing the Role of Psychology in Families, Organizations and Communities: Challenges in Welcoming the Society 5.0”. The deadline for abstract collection is on July 24, 2020, and the announcement of abstracts will be announced on July 31, 2020. Registration and payment as well as full paper collection are started from August 1-15, 2020. For the sub-theme paper and the cost of participant contributions, more can be seen in the picture above.
