We hereby inform all new students of Diponegoro University for the Academic Year 2020/2021 that:
- Learning activities in the odd semester of the Academic Year 2020/2021 will be carried out ONLINE through the Microsoft Teams application. Related to this, all new students are required to ensure that their Single Sign On (SSO) account is ACTIVE.

- Students who do not have or have issues with its SSO account, can contact the Undip IT Helpdesk via:
- email helpdesk@live.undip.ac.id or
- tickets to the helpdesk.undip.ac.id app or
- HaloUNDIP online chat
- Make sure to always monitor the SSO account, as links related to the learning process will be sent via SSO email.
