Undip Rector Observes UTBK-SBMPTN Participants at Faculty of Law

UTBK-SBMPTN (Computer Based Exam – Joint Entrance Selection of State Universities) 2021 which was held in Diponegoro University during the Covid-19 pandemic, in its implementation is practicing health protocols for administrators and participant. The health protocols are using medical masks, ensuring healthy conditions and body temperature below 37 degrees Celsius, maintaining distance, washing hands with soap and water in the space provided, waiting outside the exam building before being welcomed into by the officer, washing hands with the hand sanitizer provided by the security guard before entering the exam room.

On the first day, Monday (12/4), Science and Social Exams were held. On this occasion, Undip Rector, Prof. Dr. Yos Johan Utama, S.H., M.Hum. and Dean of Faculty of Law, Prof. Dr. Retno Saraswati, S.H, M.Hum observed Computer Based Exam participants in Building H, 3rd Floor, Room H306, Faculty of Law. “Computer Based Exam participants at Undip this year in total of 25,302 people consist of 12,681 scientific program participants, 11,971 social science program participants and 650 people for both mixed program participants. In its implementation, Undip practices health protocols in accordance with the guidelines from Institution of University Entrance Exams (Lembaga Tes Masuk Perguruan Tingggi). Moreover, supporting facilities and equipment  such as classrooms, on duty officers and computers are according to standards by paying attention to health protocols,” said Prof. Yos Johan Utama, Undip Rector in an interview while visiting the location.

Meanwhile, Bagus Rahmanda, as the exam supervisor, explained that for the first session there were 15 participants in room H306, but two participants were not present. “This morning’s test is academic potential test and English test. So far there are no technical problems, the network is also safe,” he explained.

“Computer Based Exam is running smoothly, even when participants move from downstairs to upstairs went in an orderly manner with the implementation of health protocols and officers are already checked their body temperature. In addition, participants also obeyed other rules such as not being allowed to bring cell phones, watches, jackets or bags, so that their belongings are collected in the space provided.
