Diponegoro University received a working visit from Sunan Ampel State Islamic University (UINSA) Surabaya (3/12). This working visit is conducted in the context of increasing the optimization of public services in the Institutional Cooperation and Public Relations sections.

The public relations function is now changing to a more digital approach. Regarding the integrated service unit as a unit for requesting information and complaints, the concept is also online, such as the Halo Undip service facility with online access. Thank you for visiting us and hopefully this meeting can provide useful knowledge,” said Undip Vice Rector III, Dwi Cahyo Utomo, S.E., M.A., Ph.D.

UINSA Vice Rector III, Dr. Muhid, M.Ag said that this meeting was intended to be a forum to share information on the management of Institutional Cooperation and Public Relations and Information, as well as to evaluate and manage public relations in a professional and good manner.

In addition to the Public Relations section, Undip has an ULT (Integrated Service Unit), integrated public services unit within Undip to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of fast and accurate service delivery in support of development of Corruption-Free Regional Integrity Zone and Serving Clean Bureaucracy Region. Its vision is to provide integrated information services quickly and precisely. Its missions include supporting Undip in carrying out bureaucratic reform in the public service sector, presenting information as evidence of accountability for the performance of all work units within Undip, carrying out administrative order in providing information services quickly and accurately, developing a technology-based information service system, managing Undip information in accordance with openness standards of public information, and providing information with fast and appropriate services.
