Prof. Budiyono admitted that he was impressed with the achievement of his students. He called it a great achievement. “We are very grateful because this is in line with the spirit of vocational schools that prepare graduates to be ready to work,” he emphasized.

According to him, the Undip Vocational School is indeed preparing graduates who are ready to enter the world of work. This is in accordance with its vision to become an excellent Vocational Education with international standards. Undip Vocational School harmonizes education in higher education with the Business and Industrial World (DUDI), so that its graduates are easily absorbed by the job market.

It was revealed that in developed countries, high school/vocational high school graduates and the equivalent, many go to college in vocational education. Therefore, the achievement of Undip Vocational School alumni who passed the CPNS test at the Ministry of ATR/BPN in 2021 is an important note which indicates that Undip graduates are really able to get jobs quickly. This recognition has also been given by the international rating agency, Quacquarelli Symonds (QS), which announced Undip as the first ranked university in Indonesia and position 251-300 in the world in the 2022 Graduate Employability Rankings category.

The ranking category made by QS shows the speed and accuracy of graduates of higher education in getting a job, so it can be interpreted that Undip graduates can quickly and precisely get a job. The development will be continued including building cooperation with the National Land College, an official higher education in Indonesia which is managed by the National Land Agency of the Republic of Indonesia. Undip Vocational School declared its determination to provide a conducive learning environment to form professional personalities. It is determined to produce graduates who are able to develop and apply their knowledge and skills development in the world of work to improve the community welfare. (PR team)
