A series of activities of the Asean Innovative Science Environmental and Entrepreneur Fair (AISEEF) in 2022 which was held from February 2-5, 2022 by the Indonesian Young Scientist Association (IYSA) in collaboration with the Faculty of Engineering of Diponegoro University (Undip) has reached its peak.
The closing and awarding ceremony of 2022 AISEEF was held offline at the Prof. Soedarto S.H. Building in Undip Tembalang campus and online via Zoom meeting and live streaming on IYSA Official Youtube Channel, on Saturday (05/02) night.
In this international scientific event, Undip made a proud achievement by succeeding in getting 7 medals in the 2022 AISEEF event. These 7 medals consisted of 1 gold medal, 5 silver medals, and 1 bronze medal.
The following is a list of medal winners won by the Undip contingent in the Asean Innovative Science Environmental and Entrepreneur Fair (AISEEF) in 2022:
– Gold Medal (Social Science Category)
Title of scientific work: Effectiveness Test of Educational Games as the Basis For Character Building for Elementary School Students in the Post-Pandemic Transition Period.
– Silver Medal (Entrepreneur Category)
Title of scientific work: Natural Hand Cream Based on Avocado Peels and Seeds and Aloe Vera With Lime Peels Extract to Maintain Humidity of Hand Skin during Pandemic Covid-19.
– Silver Medal (Environmental Science Category)
Title of scientific work: Microencapsulation α-linolenic Acid from Kepok Banana’s Peels (Musa Paradisiaca L.) to Prevent Alzhaimer.
– Silver Medal (Environmental Science Category)
Title of scientific work: Utilization of Cellulose Content in Teak Wood Sawdust (Tectona Grandis) as a filler Material in the Manufacture Environmentally Friendly Waterproof Wall Paint.
– Silver Medal (Innovation Science Category)
Title of scientific work: Trash Bin with UV-C for Mask Waste Sterilization Power by Solar Cell (TRASTERIL UV-C).
– Silver Medal (Innovation Science Category)
Scientific paper title: The Use of Water Hyacinth (Eichhornia crassipes) and Rice Husks (Oryza sativa) as Insulators in KoDem (Cool Box).
– Bronze Medal (Entrepreneur Category)
Scientific paper title: BIOCIVA (Bioethanol Citrus Sativa) Hand Sanitizer Made From Bioethanol State Rice And Sweet Orange Peel Extract.
As is known, the Asean Innovative Science Environmental and Entrepreneur Fair (AISEEF) is a prestigious international scientific competition. The series of activities held in 2022 AISEEF is intended for young researchers who are still at the student and university level to participate in realizing their ideas. There are six categories contested at 2022 AISEEF, namely Cluster Mechanical and Shipping, Entrepreneur, Social Science, Industrial Application, Environmental Science, and Innovation Science.
The 2022 AISEEF event was attended by 428 participants, consisting of 60 offline participants and 268 online participants. The participants come from 20 countries, including Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam, Thailand, Philippines, Singapore, Iran, Turkey, Egypt, Tunisia, Lebanon, United Arab Emirates, Kazakhstan, South Korea, Taiwan, Macao, North Macedonia, Mexico, the United States of America, and the Republic of Serbia.
