The recruitment of democracy volunteers is carried out at the Regency/City KPU level; Election observers must be registered as a community organization in the Government record and have obtained accreditation from the Provincial KPU or Regency/Municipal KPU to conduct Election Monitoring; using the right to vote (voting), people who have met the requirements to vote, namely Indonesian citizens aged at least 17 years or who are married can participate in the Pemilu by going to TPS using their right to vote; and other communities, namely the community that can contribute and participate in the implementation of the Election by being involved in the formulation of policies/regulations for the implementation of the Pemilu, including involvement in the election stages, and supervision.
