FT UNDIP ShareD ZI-WBK Experience When Received a Working Visit from the University of Lampung

It is an honor for the Faculty of Engineering, Diponegoro University (FT Undip) to be able to share its experience with the title of Corruption-Free Regional Integrity Zone (ZI-WBK) from the Ministry of Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform (Kemen PANRB) together with 11 State Universities (PTN) and Education Service Institutions recently. One of them is University of Lampung (Unila) and Undip provided assistance regarding the implementation of ZI-WBK in the context of the Clean and Serving Bureaucracy Regional Integrity Zone (ZI-WBBM) in 2022 located at the Theater Room, 4th floor of Dean Building, Faculty of Engineering Undip (Thursday, 30/6).

Prof. Ir. M. Agung Wibowo, M.M., M.Sc, Ph.D as the Dean of the Faculty of Engineering Undip gave his remarks to the representatives of the University of Lampung. He had mentioned the ultimate inspirational words. “We have to enjoy the process.” he insisted.

A safe and clean educational environment is the main goal of implementing ZI-WBK. The Corruption-Free Region Integrity Zone is a predicate given to a work unit that has successfully implemented bureaucratic reform, which has met most of the criteria for improvement in the lever component and has realized clean and accountable government and excellent public services. The existence of ZI-WBK in universities as educational institutions will have a very important impact on the comfort of all parties, especially students, because universities play an important role in educating the nation’s next generation. A university environment with integrity will help its students develop much better with transparency and supportive facilities, as reported by the ft.undip.ac.id page.

On the occasion of presenting the experience of FT Undip in obtaining the ZI-WBK predicate, Dr. nat. tech. Siswo Sumardiono, S.T. M.T., as the speaker as well as the Deputy Dean for Academic and Student Affairs of FT Undip delivered an explanation of the vision-mission; profile of the Faculty of Engineering Undip, International Accreditation Achievements; Information System Innovation Achievements; Change Area Before&After; Recommendations of the Ministry of PAN RB 2020; Implementation Strategy; Impact of Innovation, Benchmarking and Recognition as well as Documentation and Testimonials as supporting data.

A detailed presentation on the “Preparation of the Diponegoro University Business Process Map” was presented by Drs. Mulyo Padmono who serves as the Head of the General and Finance Bureau has attracted the guests to be enthusiastic during the event. (Diah – Public Relations)
