In order to continue to adapt to advances in knowledge, especially related to English language skills, SEU also collaborates with various relevant stakeholders.

IELTS is the most popular international English language test system in the world for study, work and immigration purposes. SEU has collaborated with the British Council in this regard to develop English language skills for Undip students and the wider community,” explained Rifka.

The guest speaker, Bondan Eko Suratno Talkshow, S.S., M.Hum. conveyed the components of testing on IELTS. “Tips for doing the test include before starting, test the headset and adjust the volume on the screen. If you can’t hear, tell a supervisor. Listen to and read the instructions carefully, using the time allotted before and after the questions to prepare and check. Pay attention to the keywords in the question, and think about what type of answer is needed,” he explained. (Lin – Public Relations)
