The Institute of Research and Community Service (LPPM) of Diponegoro University held an activity for the Deployment of the Undip Disaster Response Thematic Community Service Team (KKNT) to Cianjur, on Tuesday (17/1) at the Seminar Room, 4th floor of the ICT Building, Undip Tembalang Campus. In his remarks, Undip Rector, Prof. Dr. Yos Johan Utama, S.H, M.Hum., said that this KKNT opportunity was a means to hone students’ inner souls as future leaders to feel empathy and do good to others.

“In Cianjur we will be sharpened mentally to educate us to become uswatun khasanah and to be people who like to give alms. Let’s strengthen our brothers and sisters affected by the disaster. Loving and caring for others is a form of delicacy, so our arrogant side as humans is gone. Be careful, take care of your health, straighten your intentions so you don’t complain easily. As Undip students, give a good impression to the community and always coordinate with related parties,” said Prof. Yos.
