Semarang – Central Java (01/02). In his report at the 169th Graduation Ceremony of Diponegoro University, Prof. Faisal, S.E., M.Si., Ph.D, as Vice Rector for Academic and Student Affairs conveyed that at this graduation, there were 5 graduates from the Double Degree program namely Kirana Yan Gupita Sari Sigit (Bachelor of Management from Curtin University, Australia), Andrea Desmita Liusvia (Bachelor of Management from Saxion University, the Netherlands), Ahimsa Rifky Effendi (Bachelor of Management from Saxion University, the Netherlands), Al Hadian Rizki Imawan (Bachelor of Management from Saxion University, the Netherlands), and Dyah Turangga Dewi Arya (Bachelor of Accounting from Curtin University, Australia).

Double Degree Program is a double degree that is obtained by graduates from Undip and from university partners abroad in the framework of cooperation in the development of a study program. Currently, Undip has collaborated a lot with universities abroad, this has also contributed to realizing Undip’s goal as a World Class University (WCU).

The program allows students to get two degrees after graduation, namely from Undip and partner universities. Since the IUP (International Undergraduate Program) curriculum is of international standard, courses taken can be transferred to partner universities or other universities around the world. Students will spend half of their study period at Undip (4 semesters) and the rest will be taken abroad.

Most of the study programs at Undip have been internationally accredited which is one of Undip’s real steps towards World Class University (WCU). Collaborative classes at Undip make Undip the right higher education institution even for international students to continue their education so that they become COMPLETE graduates (Communicator, Professional, Leader, Entrepreneur, Thinker, Educator).
