The Ceremony of Inaugurating Officials and Taking the Oath of Non State Civil Apparatus Permanent Employees (PTU Non ASN) at Diponegoro University was held on Friday, March 17, 2023 at 13.30 in the Hall of the SA-MWA Undip Building, Tembalang, Semarang. This event was led by Undip Rector, Prof. Dr. Yos Johan Utama, S.H., M.Hum. by inviting Undip officials and prospective employees to be inaugurated.

The Ceremony of Inaugurating Officials and Taking the Oath of Employees began with reading a copy of the decision of the Undip Rector, followed by the Inauguration of Officials by the Rector which includes Taking the Oath of Official and Taking the Oath of Non State Civil Apparatus Permanent Employees at Diponegoro University. The oath taken contains responsibility to the nation and state of the Republic of Indonesia, responsibility to maintain Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution as well as responsibility for the welfare of the people. Taking the oath of officials is accompanied by clergy according to their respective beliefs.

The signing of the Minutes of Oaths of Officials and Oath of Non State Civil Apparatus Permanent Employees was carried out by prospective employees who were appointed along with the Undip Rector, accompanied by witnesses, namely Prof. Dr. rer. nat. Heru Susanto, S.T., M.M., M.T. and Drs. Mulyo Padmono.

Based on the Decree of the Rector of Diponegoro University, 1 (one) employee was appointed as Non-ASN Permanent Employee at Undip and 17 (seventeen) employees were appointed as Head of Department, Head of Study Program, Secretary of Study Program, and Head of Section at Undip.

In his remarks, Undip Rector, Prof. Dr. Yos Johan Utama, S.H., M.Hum. provide encouragement and messages to employees who have been officially appointed to new positions. “Will Undip be more prosperous? It depends on our efforts. The position is only temporary so do not do something despicable. Every word from us is a brick as Undip’s foundation,” said Prof. Yos.

Undip Rector also advised, “Keep the spirit, hopefully it will be a blessing for the family. Insyaallah, with good intentions there will be good results.”

The event was closed by reading a prayer and giving congratulations, initiated by the Rector followed by other invitees. (Titis/Gabriela – Public Relations)
