Beasiswa Supersemar

Adapun persyaratan yang harus dipenuhi untuk mendapatkan bantuan beasiswa Supersemar Tahun 2015 dan dibuat rangkap 2 (dua) adalah sebagai berikut :

  1. Melampirkan Formulir Permohonan Beasiswa
  2. Melampirkan Surat Rekomendasi dari Fakultas
  3. Melampirkan copy KHS semester 1 s.d. terakhir
  4. Melampirkan copy KTM (Kartu Tanda Mahasiswa)
  5. IPK minimal 2.50
  6. Minimal duduk di semester 3 dan maksimal semester 8
  7. Melampirkan Surat Keterangan Berkelakuan Baik
  8. Berasal dari keluarga kurang mampu dengan dilampiri Surat Keterangan Kurang Mampu dari pejabat yang berwenang
  9. Calon penerima diutamakan bagi mahasiswa penerima beasiswa Supersemar Tahun sebelumnya (perpanjangan untuk Tahun berikutnya) dengan ketentuan yang bersangkutan masih memenuhi persyaratan
