UNDIP Held Orientation Session for Candidates of PU Non-ASN

In order to provide briefing to Candidates of PU Non-ASN (Non-State Civil Apparatus Employee) at Diponegoro University (Undip) for the period of August 2021 and October 2021, Undip held an orientation session for Candidates of PU Non-ASN. The orientation session was held online/virtually through the Zoom meeting platform on Tuesday (18/01) and Wednesday (19/01) at 09.00 AM.

This orientation session was attended by the Undip Rector, Prof. Dr. Yos Johan Utama, S.H., M.Hum.; Vice Rector II for Resources, Prof. Dr.rer.nat. Heru Susanto, S.T., M.M., M.T.; Dean of Faculty of Economics and Business Undip, Prof. Dr. Suharnomo, S.E., M.Sc.; Dean of Faculty of Engineering Undip, Prof. Ir. M. Agung Wibowo, M.M., M.Sc., Ph.D.; Dean of Faculty of Law Undip, Prof. Dr. Retno Saraswati, S.H., M.Hum.; Head of General and Finance Bureau, Drs. Mulyo Padmono; Head of Human Resources Development Agency (BPSDM), Ir. Mochamad Arief Budihardjo, S.T., M.Eng.Sc, Env.Eng, Ph.D., IPM.; Deputy Dean I for Academic and Student Affairs of FISIP Undip, Dr. Drs. Teguh Yuwono, M.Pol.Admin.; and Secretary of Communication Science Postgraduate Study Program of FISIP Undip, Dr. Lintang Ratri Rahmiaji, S.Sos., M.Sc.

In his speech, the Undip Rector said that we must be grateful for all the blessings and assistance that have been given through Undip as an institution. “So we should be grateful and repay them all by working hard,” explained Prof. Yos.

Candidates of PU Non-ASN are expected to continue to improve performance, provide excellent service, improve energy efficiency, as well as foster leadership and integrity. In addition, Prof. Yos hoped that Candidates of PU Non-ASN can improve their performance in data processing. “Our readiness in handling data is important. We have to pay attention to its accuracy, data access, completeness of data, speed of data collection, as well as other data processing,” said Prof. Yos

“We have to realize that we are working in one of the most prestigious universities, both nationally and internationally. This is why we must provide high quality service to the public,” he continued.

Furthermore, Prof. Yos invited all Candidates of PU Non-ASN to work together in developing a Undip. “We are one team, we are one family, we have a common awareness to make Undip to be better. Being part of Undip is the result of hard work. Let’s work with integrity, produce innovative works, and always improve the quality of service as well as possible,” he concluded.

The orientation session was continued with materials delivered by several speakers, namely, Prof. Dr.rer.nat. Heru Susanto, S.T., M.M., M.T., regarding Undip in general and work discipline; Dr. Drs. Teguh Yuwono, M.Pol.Admin., regarding excellent service; and Prof. Dr. Suharnomo, S.E., M.Sc., regarding followership and critical thinking.

On the second day, the presentation of the materials was continued by Drs. Mulyo Padmono regarding Undip staffing regulations; Prof. Ir. M. Agung Wibowo, M.M., M.Sc., Ph.D., regarding teamwork; Dr. Lintang Ratri Rahmiaji, S.Sos., M.Sc. who described about effective communication and complaint handling; and Prof. Dr. Retno Saraswati, S.H., M.Hum. concerning integrity.

In his report, Deputy Head of Human Resources Development Agency (BPSDM) Henny Juliani, SH, MH, revealed that the orientation session was attended by 281  Candidates of PU Non-ASN consisting of 6 lecturers and 275 education staff within the Undip campus.
