Rector Inaugurated Non-State Civil Apparatus Employees of Undip

Diponegoro University (Undip) held an Oath Taking Ceremony for Non-State Civil Apparatus Employees led by the Undip Rector, Prof. Dr. Yos Johan Utama, S.H., M. Hum. The Oath Taking Ceremony of Undip Non ASN Employees which was held on Monday, April 25, 2022, took place at the Prof. Soedarto Building, Undip Tembalang was attended by the Undip Rector, Chair of the Academic Senate, Deputy of Board of Trustees, Vice Rectors, Deans of Faculties/Schools, invited guests and Undip Non-ASN employees who will be inaugurated.

The Oath Taking of Undip Non-ASN Employees was led by the Undip Rector accompanied by clergy according to their respective beliefs. The signing of the Report of Oath of Undip Non-ASN Employees was done by the Undip Rector and Prof. Dr. rer. nat. Heru Susanto, S.T., M.M., M.T. and Drs. Mulyo Padmono as witnesses, to two representatives of Undip Non-ASN Employees.

There are 197 Undip Non-ASN employees who were sworn in today, including employees from the Faculty of Medicine (21), Faculty of Law (10), Faculty of Engineering (21), Faculty of Humanities (11), Faculty of Animal and Agricultural Sciences (8), Faculty of Science and Mathematics (10), Faculty of Fisheries and Marine Science (6), Faculty of Public Health (7), Faculty of Economics and Business (15), Faculty of Social and Political Sciences (6), Faculty of Psychology (3), Postgraduate School ( 1), Vocational School (4), RSND (18), LPPM (2), LP2MP (1), BAK (3), BKB (7), BIKS (1), BUK (23), BP UBIKAR (3), KPBJ (1), SPI (2), BPSDM (3), BPP (7), Integrated Lab Unit (3).

Starting his speech, the Undip Rector congratulated all Undip Non-ASN employees who took the oath today. He emphasized that the oath taken was a responsibility, so Undip employees had to carry out the mandate given. “In the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic where many difficulties occurred, I am grateful that Undip was able to appoint all of you as permanent employees. This is the result of collaboration and synergy with the Vice Rectors and the Deans, who are passionate about protecting and fighting for the welfare of employees,” said Prof. Yos.

With obtaining higher positions, of course it must be balanced with better performance to advance Undip and maintain Undip’s good name, one of the goals is to attract more prospective students to enthusiastically enroll their further studies at Undip. “Don’t forget to always be grateful, hopefully it will be useful for all family members. Love Undip by working hard and always doing good,” said Prof. Yos.
