Procurement of Goods and Services Agency of Diponegoro University held 2 (two) basic level technical guidance classes and Certification of Procurement of Government Goods/Services. The event is held in collaboration with Staffing and Human Resources Development Agency (Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia / BKPSDM) of Temanggung Regency and Regional Education and Training Staffing Agency (Badan Kepegawaian Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Daerah / BKPPD) of Tegal Regency. These online activities started on September 22th – October 5th 2021, while the exam will be held on October 7th 2021.
There are 26 participants from Temanggung Regency with Dr. Hery Suliantoro, S.T., M.T. (Undip), Nia Budi Puspitasari, S.T., M.T. (Undip) and Soedarisman Kadar Ontowikaryo as the facilitators. Meanwhile, there are 15 participants from Tegal Regency and presented resource persons namely Nia Budi Puspitasari, S.T., M.T., Zainal Fanani Rosyada (Undip) and Soedarisman Kadar Ontowikaryo.
The material presented by the resource persons included the objectives, policies, principles and ethics of procurement of goods/services; electronic procurement of goods/services; human resources; institutions; supervision; complaints; sanctions; public services; implementation of procurement of goods/services through self-management; and implementation of procurement of goods/services through special providers and procurement.
In general, the purpose of implementation of this technical guidance is to carry out technical guidance classes on the procurement of government goods/services as well as a certification exam for expertise of procurement of government goods/services. Furthermore,the specific objectives is to improve the ability of civil servants in the field of procurement of goods/services and to produce certified expertises in procurement of goods/services.
