Monitoring and Evaluation of the 2023 Diponegoro University Developing Countries Partnership Scholarship

The International Affairs Office of Diponegoro University (KUI Undip) carried out an activity entitled Monitoring and Evaluation of Developing Country Partnership Scholarships (KNB) offline in the Rectorate’s V-Con room on Friday (25/08) at 13.00 WIB. This event was attended by the Head of KUI Undip, the Head of the Working Group, and the Institutional Strengthening team from the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology (Kemendikbudristek) and KNB scholarship recipients at Diponegoro University.

The activity began with remarks from the Head of KUI Undip, Anggun Puspitarini Siswanto, S.T., Ph.D. She said that the meeting was expected to be a place to monitor the progress of implementing the KNB scholarship at Diponegoro University. The aim of the meeting was also conveyed by the Head of the Institutional Directorate, Putri Nailatul Himma, and hoped that through the discussions that took place, it could become an evaluation and consideration in monitoring the implementation of the KNB in the future.

The next session included a presentation from KUI regarding the escalation of KNB scholarship recipients at Diponegoro University, both academically and non-academically. Not only is there a presentation regarding the achievements and accommodation of awardees, but the health aspects of scholarship recipients are also explained in monitoring as a form of Undip’s commitment to the health and safety of awardees while studying in Indonesia.

The final activity included a two-way discussion between the Ministry of Education and Culture and KNB scholarship recipients. The awardees conveyed their aspirations and suggestions while they were studying in Indonesia. The discussion session went smoothly and ended with a closing from the ministry by Mrs. Nela. (AH – AS)
