Undip Vocational School Starting to Cooperate with UGM Vocational School

The team of school quality assurance of Diponegoro University Vocational School which consists of Dr. Ida Hayu Dwimawanti, M.M. as a Vice Dean I,  Asri Nurdiana, S.T., M.T., Anafil Windriya, S.E., M.M. and Jatmika Prajayastanda, S.Pt., M.B.A. had a visit to Gajah Mada University on Monday (13/20). This visit was aimed to develop, to improve the quality of Vocational education, and to open the opportunity for collaborating with Gajah Mada University Vocational School.

The team of school quality assurance of Diponegoro University Vocational School was accepted by Agus Nugroho, S.T., M.T. as a Vice Dean I UGM Vocational School followed by Alif Subardono, S.T., M.Eng., as a Head of School Quality Assurance of UGM Vocational School.

The meeting with the manager of UGM Vocational School started with the sharing session about the vocational school management system in the university. The topic includes the management strategy, transfer student program, policy of Final Project for Applied Bachelor study programs, study package system, student admission strategy, and class for industry and partnership program.

From the discussion, there were some ideas for collaboration in the field of research; such as student PKM and collaborative community service, which was hopefully can be executed. Together they are developing the vocational education, starting from the closest zone in Central Java – Special Region of Yogyakarta.
