UNDIP BPSDM Held Workshop on Competency Measurement Techniques for General Functional Positions in 2022

Prof. Dr.rer.nat. Heru Susanto, S.T., M.M., M.T. as the Vice Rector II of Diponegoro University directly opened the Workshop on Competency Measurement Techniques of General Functional Position (JFU) organized by the Undip Human Resources Development Agency (BPSDM), on Thursday (28/7) at the Grasia Hotel Convention Hall, Semarang.

In his speech, Prof. Heru said that employees must be able to map out the tasks they do and the abilities or competencies they have.

Mochamad Arief Budihardjo, S.T., M.Eng.Sc, Env.Eng, Ph.D as the Head of BPSDM Undip said there needs to be training on competency measurement techniques of general functional position which aim to compile guidelines for JFU competency measurement techniques, compile work objects per JFU, and compile Field Competency Test Questions per JFU.

The benefit of this workshop for JFU staff is that it becomes a guideline for competencies that must be possessed. For BPSDM, it makes competency measurement more structured and facilitates evaluation. Meanwhile, for Undip leaders, it is a means to get a profile of JFU staff and get input on HR policies.
