The student contingent of Diponegoro University (Undip) again recorded a proud achievement. Undip contingent excels in 2022 Central Java Province Student Sports Week (POMPROV Central Java 2022) in the field of Karate sport.
Competing on September 2-3, 2022 at the Imam Bardjo Auditorium, Undip Pleburan Campus, the Undip contingent won 13 gold, 3 silver, and 1 bronze medals at the POMPROV Central Java 2022 Karate event.
With a total of 17 medals, the Undip contingent placed first in the POMPROV Central Java 2022 Karate sport.

Previously, Undip was chosen to host the POMPROV Central Java 2022 Karate event and this activity was attended by 31 Karate contingents from universities in Central Java.
POMPROV Central Java 2022 is a form of fostering student sports achievements at the Central Java Province level, so that it can improve student athlete achievements. This is also an event for selection of Central Java Province student athletes towards the National Student Sports Week which will be held in the city of Padang, West Sumatra.
