The Quality of Education and Services of PPDS Study Program at the Faculty of Medicine Undip Become More Classy

The Faculty of Medicine, Diponegoro University (FK Undip), carries out the Welcoming and Institutional Introduction activities for Specialist and Sub-Specialist Doctoral Education Programs (PPDS). This activity was carried out by the Department of Specialist Medicine on January 23-24, 2024, in Building A, Faculty of Medicine Undip. This activity was attended by the Dean and Deputy Dean, Senate, Main Director of RSUP Dr. Kariadi, KPS, Head of the Specialist Medical Department, Chief Resident, as well as PPDS Participants and Sub-Specialists of FK Undip.

PPDS is an advanced stage of medical education to become a specialist. Later, students (residents) will study and pursue education to become specialists at the Dr. Kariadi Central General Hospital (RSUP), Semarang, which is the primary teaching hospital for the Faculty of Medicine Undip. PPDS FK Undip also contributed to the Zero Bullying Movement within the FK Undip environment. This movement is a collective moral movement to improve management for the sake of shared prosperity.

Dr. dr. Yan Wisnu Prajoko, M.Kes., Sp.B.Subsp.-onk(K) as Dean of the Faculty of Medicine Undip, emphasized to consistently implementing ethical medical attitudes and behavior and invited participants to reject bullying, especially within the Faculty of Medicine Undip.

“We advise residents always to pray, be sincere, be grateful in pursuing education. Hopefully, we can meet again at the Faculty of Medicine Undip to take the oath and release specialists and sub-specialists,” said the Dean of the Faculty of Medicine Undip to PPDS students.

Meanwhile, Director of Human Resources, Education and Research at RSUP Dr. Kariadi, Sri Utami, SKM, MARS. We warmly welcome students to study at RSUP dr Kariadi.

“We hope that we can all collaborate well and carry out education and service processes at RSUP Dr Kariadi smoothly. Later, we will provide more training to students, including good communication, services that comply with existing rules, and standard operating procedures (SOP).
